Wake Me Up - In the morning, rub 1 drop of Peppermint essential oil on the bottom of each foot to help you get up and go!
Sleep Well - Diffuse Lavender, Cedarwood or Roman Chamomile essential oils to promote better, deeper sleep.
Energize - Diffuse Lemon and Lime essential oils for an energizing spark.
Flavor Enhancer - Add 1 drop of Peppermint, Lemon or Orange essential oils to your water for a refreshing treat.
Room Spray- Add 10-15 drops of your favorite essential oil to a 30ml spray bottle. Fill with water, add a spray top and shake well before each use.
Early Application – Which way do I use my oils?
Only essential oils marked as a supplement, with corresponding supplement facts, are to be used internally for dietary purposes. They can be consumed in food, beverages or added to vegetable capsules and swallowed.
This means to apply the essential oils to your skin. Dilute them with a carrier oil such as Jojoba, Apricot, Avocado, Almond or Coconut. This can be done within custom roller blends or when applying a single oil to skin. Apply the oils to the bottom of your feet, back, neck, wrists, temples or areas of concern.

· Put 1 drop on your palm, rub hands together, cup your hands and take a deep breath
· Add 1 drop of oil to a Kleenex and inhale or use to blow your nose
