Since its founding, The Artistry of Essential Oils has been a journey that has led me to be more grounded and yet emotionally uplifted. This path has given me the opportunity to focus my strengths on a greater quality of life, one that I can share with others like you. Join me, so that you too can experience the benefits that our carefully formulated essential oils offer both the mind and body.
For me, the wellness journey started early in my childhood. It began as mother-daughter bonding time. My mother's love for sharing her knowledge of botanicals and aromatherapy planted a desire in me to also want to share this knowledge with others. When I was first diagnosed with cancer I committed to making it my way of life. I hope that you'll pass the knowledge I share on to others, once you begin to enjoy the numerous benefits The Artistry of Essential Oils has to offer for yourself."
In 2015, our founder Valencia McClure, whose professional background had long been rooted in Corporate America, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Immediately, Valencia began an intense search for natural healing techniques that would mitigate the emotional and physical side effects of radiation. While pursuing this toxin-free life she rediscovered her mother's passion and it led her to the countless benefits of the daily uses of essential oils and aromatherapy.

She has served on the Board of Visitors for the University of Maryland School of Medicine and the Board of Directors for Susan G. Komen Maryland. Valencia is also fondly proud of her time spent serving on the Board for the Girl Scouts of Central Maryland, among other notable organizations.
