7 Daily Steps to manifest a wellness lifestyle: In order to make Wellness a lifestyle, global Wellness Day aims to adopt the following seven simple steps. You don't have to implement them all at once but strive to incorporate a few of the steps into your daily life on a regular basis.
1. Walk for an hour. Its a proven fact that you feel much happier as you walk because the brain secretes endorphin while you are walking. Bonus you can keep fit and your muscles get stronger, you lose belly fat, the level of cholesterol reduces and it helps you overcome your weight problems. 2. Drink more water. People who drink less water might suffer from exhaustion and memory problems. Its a good step to drink half your body weight in water. 3. Don't use plastics. We all know plastics cause innumerable damage to the environment. As a cancer survivor I make it a habit not to microwave or cook in plastics. 4. Eat Healthy Food. Try to consume more plant based foods versus processed. 5. Do a good deed. Do a good deed to break the prejudices and make the world a better place to live. See how changing your life can change someone else's life.
6. Have family dinner with your loved ones. Cherish the time with family and try carving out time without cellphones, TV and other interruptions. 7. Go to sleep at 10 p.m. Sleep is a critical process for our body to repair itself and slow down the ageing process and protect us from diseases.
